Fraud Prevention and Order Verification Policy

To safeguard our customers and maintain high security standards, Abimen LLC monitors transactions using automated fraud detection tools and manual verification processes. Orders identified as high risk or suspicious may be flagged for additional review before fulfillment.

If your order is flagged for security screening, our risk management team may reach out via support@abimen.com or phone (+1 19709931850) requesting additional verification. This may include proof of identity or authorization for the payment method used.

Failure to respond to verification requests within 48 business hours may result in automatic cancellation of the flagged order and a full refund to the original payment source to prevent fraudulent card usage.

Abimen LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorized credit card use, or policy abuse. Intentional fraudulent activity will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
