Pre-Order and Backorder Policy

Abimen LLC occasionally offers pre-orders for highly anticipated products, allowing customers to reserve upcoming items prior to their official stock release date. Payment for pre-ordered items is processed in full at the time of checkout to guarantee your order priority and inventory allocation.

Estimated shipping and fulfillment dates for pre-order and backordered items are clearly displayed on the respective product page. While we work diligently to meet these estimates, unexpected supply chain disruptions or production shifts may occasionally cause schedule adjustments.

If an order contains both available in-stock items and pre-order/backorder items, Abimen LLC may hold the entire shipment until all products are available, or split shipments at our discretion. Customers wishing to receive in-stock items immediately are encouraged to place separate orders.

Customers retain the right to cancel a pre-order or backorder for a full refund at any time before the order enters the fulfillment process. Once an item has been processed or shipped, our standard return and cancellation guidelines will apply. Contact support@abimen.com for cancellation requests.
