Taxes, Duties and Import Charges Disclosure

Prices listed on Abimen LLC may not include local sales tax, state tax, or international import duties unless explicitly stated at checkout. Tax rates are determined based on the shipping address and applicable local tax laws at the time of purchase.

For domestic United States shipments, applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and displayed during final checkout before payment confirmation.

For international orders shipped outside the United States, customers are considered the importer of record and are responsible for paying any customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), import tariffs, or brokerage handling fees assessed by the destination country.

Abimen LLC has no control over international border fees and cannot predict exact customs charges. If an international package is refused by the customer due to unexpected tax/duty charges, return shipping fees and carrier handling expenses will be deducted from any potential refund.
