Warranty Policy

Abimen LLC warrants that all products sold through our official store are free from material manufacturing defects and craftsmanship flaws under normal consumer use. This limited warranty coverage is effective from the date of original delivery and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. Our commitment ensures that every item meets strict standard quality benchmarks prior to dispatch.

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our dedicated support team at support@abimen.com within the specified warranty period. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the defect. Requests submitted without valid proof of purchase or clear defect documentation will not be eligible for evaluation.

Once an issue is verified as a valid defect covered under this policy, Abimen LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair the defective item, issue a replacement of equal value, or provide a store credit/refund. Replacement items are subject to current inventory availability; if the identical product is no longer stock, a comparable substitute will be offered.

This warranty policy does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, accidental drops, exposure to harsh environmental conditions, or failure to follow product care instructions. Abimen LLC reserves the right to reject any claim that shows clear indications of intentional misuse or unauthorized tampering.
